The embodiment of the present invention discloses a routing flooding method and apparatus, which advertises partition information of a wavelength range or a spectrum block by using a routing protocol, wherein, the partition information indicates a bit rate and/or a modulation format matched with an optical path to which continuous wavelength ranges or spectrum blocks are applicable. Therefore, an end-to-end path traversing a flexible grid network and meeting a restriction condition can be conveniently calculated, thereby increasing the spectrum utilization. |
