The present invention relates to a three-dimensional mouse using body parts except fingers, which comprises: a support member worn on at least one among a head, a face, an arm and a leg of body parts; a motion recognition module mounted on the support member; and a sensor unit attached to the support member to sense motions of body parts so as to output signals to the motion recognition module.
