The present invention relates to a confusion technology using information and communication technology (ITC) for controlling pressure of a large consumer and controlling optimum operation and management of a pump, which comprises: a step of blending water of a multi-water resource installed in each of a plurality of areas to form an undercurrent; a step of purifying raw water, which has an undercurrent blended in a water platform for each area, in a water treatment facility installed in each area; a step of supplying treated water, which is treated in the water treatment facility for each area, to a water reservoir for each area; a step of distributing and supplying the water through a connection waterway network connecting the water treatment facility or the water reservoir with a water reservoir or a water treatment facility of another area; a treated water quality monitoring step of measuring water quality of collected water in the multi-water source, water quality of the raw water introduced into the water treatment facility, and water qualify of the treated water discharged from the water treatment facility; a treated water amount monitoring step of monitoring the amount of water including the amount of collected water of the multi-water source and the amount of water supplied to the water reservoir according to each area; and a step of performing a control operation such that the treated water, which is treated by collecting water from the multi-water source of each area in accordance with a dynamic control process formed through modeling based on information regarding the processing capacity and operating energy of each of the water platforms, the water treatment facility, the connection waterway network, the water reservoir, the pumping capacity of a transport pump, and energy consumption rate, is distributed and supplied through the connection waterway network. |
