The present invention relates to a peptide derivative in which a predetermined number of aliphatic carboxylic acids are combined and modified, and to functional cosmetics containing the peptide derivative as an active ingredient. The peptide derivative synthesized in accordance with the present invention has good penetrating power for skin cells and excellent regeneration capability of collagen cells and has no cytotoxicity. Therefore, the peptide derivative of the present invention can be used as an active ingredient of cosmetics for wrinkle improvement.
