摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more accurate blood coagulation ability to be inspected in a blood coagulation inspection using a micro flow passage.SOLUTION: In a step S101, a specimen including a blood plasma and a coagulation activator, in a state that adjacent portions disposed in series in an extending direction of a flow passage are brought into contact with each other and flow the flow passage, are introduced into the flow passage in a state that the specimen is placed in front. Next, in a step S102, a refractive indices of a contact area and the coagulation activator are measured in time-series in a process of passing through the measuring site provided in the midst of the flow passage in order of the specimen, the contact region between the coagulation activator and the specimen, and the coagulation activator. Next, in a step S103, a blood coagulation ability of the specimen is determined based on a comparison of a first refractive index value which is the refractive index of the coagulation activator with a second refractive index value which is the highest refractive index of the contact area among the results obtained by time-sequential measurement.
