<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a frequency at which a door opening/closing problem occurs before constructing a building. <P>SOLUTION: A device of the present invention comprises: a reception means for receiving an input of computing conditions including a planned construction site for a building under consideration; a first readout means for reading building model information, which contains an external pressure coefficient for each wind direction at a plurality of reference points on the surface of a building model, from a storage device storing the information; a second readout means for reading a Weibull parameter, which is calculated on the basis of past weather observation data and is used for computing the wind speed occurrence frequency for each wind direction at a plurality of observation points, from the storage device storing the parameter; a computing means for computing an occurrence frequency at which a door opening/closing problem occurs at each evaluation point, from a balance between the internal and external forces of a virtual door at the evaluation point corresponding to each of the reference points for a virtual building that represents the building under consideration, on the basis of the computing conditions, the building model information, and the Weibull parameter; and an output means for outputting the occurrence frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
