<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergen activity reducing substance low in cost, high in safety and rapidly acting on an allergen to reduce the allergen activity. <P>SOLUTION: The substance directly acts on the allergen to reduce the allergen activity and has a sulfonic acid group. As one kind of the allergen activity reducing substance like this, there is a seaweed extract extracted from seaweeds. It is preferable that the seaweeds be brown algae or red algae.
