The present invention provides a grain sorting device for sieving, vibrating in horizontal and vertical directions, which improves efficiency for sieving by preventing a sieve and meshes from being blocked while being vibrated in horizontal and vertical directions. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the grain sorting device for sieving, vibrating in horizontal and vertical directions comprises: a sorting machine frame stably standing by having a plurality of supporting legs and a pair of vibration rod supporting plates on an upper portion thereof; vibration rods having an upper end inserted into the vibration rod supporting plates, and having a lower end positioned to be close to a bottom of the sorting machine frame to be positioned in at least four points, respectively; a mesh box lower support hung on a lower end of the vibration rods to be horizontally positioned; a mesh box upper support fixedly positioned at a predetermined height from the mesh box lower support via a connection bar; a plurality of mesh boxes for sieving grains deposited between the mesh box lower support and the mesh box upper support to be taken out, and stacked in multiple layers; a motor for a horizontal vibration fixedly installed on one side surface of the mesh box lower support; an eccentric rotator for the horizontal vibration, rotationally installed at the center of the lower bottom surface of the mesh box lower support, and receiving a rotational force of the motor for the horizontal vibration to be rotated; a motor for a vertical vibration fixedly installed at the center of the upper surface of the mesh box upper support; an eccentric rotator for the vertical vibration eccentrically coupled to a rotating shaft of the motor for the vertical vibration; and upper and lower vibration springs respectively inserted into an upper portion and a lower portion of the vibration rods to allow the vertical vibration of the mesh box for sieving grains within a predetermined displacement and simultaneously to support the mesh box with an elastic force.
