摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination device of an internal combustion engine which can reduce manufacturing costs while securing favorable determination accuracy when determining a variation of an air-fuel ratio between and among a plurality of cylinders.SOLUTION: The determination device 1 of the internal combustion engine 3 comprises an ECU 2. The ECU 2 calculates a target equivalent ratio KCMD so that an output value SVO2 may be converged to a prescribed downstream-side target value VVO2_TRGT by using formulas (1) to (11) (steps 2 to 11), controls an air-fuel ratio of mixed air supplied to the cylinders #1 to #4 so that a detection equivalent ratio KACT may be converged to the target equivalent ratio KCMD by using formulas (13) to (18) (step 32), controls an exhaust reflux rate REGR by switching it between a value 0 and a prescribed value R_ON for forcibly turning on (steps 45, 50 to 65), and determines whether or not there is generated the variation of the air-fuel ratio between and among the plurality of cylinders on the basis of an adaptive law input difference DUADP (=|UADP_EGRON|-|UADP_EGROFF|) (steps 70 to 83).
