PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to receive better remote support by sharing the evaluation of a mutual remote support on a social network when the user performs the mutual remote support.SOLUTION: A user of a user terminal 10a, which has received remote support, inputs evaluation of the remote support performed by an operator terminal 150 and transmits the evaluation to a network server 200. The network server 200 generates a news feed to the user from the evaluation about the remote support and information of the user and terminal related to the remote support, and transmits the news feed to a user terminal 10b. Thus, the user terminal 10b can obtain the information and evaluation about the other remote support. |
