<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further stable ceramide-containing composition which never causes precipitation of crystals of ceramide even when mixed to a cosmetic material or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramide-containing composition contains (a) ceramide and (b) at least one selected from the group consisting of dextrin fatty acid esters and fructo-oligosaccharide fatty acid esters. In the dextrin fatty acid esters, the substitution degree of fatty acid per glucose unit in dextrin moiety is 1.4-1.8, the average polymerization degree of glucose in the dextrin moiety is 3-150, and the composition of fatty acid moiety in all the dextrin fatty acid esters in the composition is composed of 5-40 mole% of one or more of 8-22C branched-chain saturated fatty acids, and 60-95 mole% of one or more of 12-22C straight-chain saturated fatty acids. In the fructo-oligosaccharide fatty acid esters, the substitution degree of fatty acid per monosaccharide is 1.4-1.8, the average sugar polymerization degree in fructo-oligosaccharide moiety is 1-60, and fatty acid moiety is composed of one or more of 12-22C straight-chain saturated fatty acids. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
