<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of easily changing the division of a specified variable display pattern and the other variable display patterns in a design stage. <P>SOLUTION: Using a losing variation pattern kind determination table, a variation pattern kind is determined to be one of two or more kinds of variation pattern kinds including the variation pattern kind including the variation pattern accompanied by a super ready-to-win state and the variation pattern kind not including the variation pattern accompanied by the super ready-to-win state, and a variation pattern is determined from the variation patterns included in the determined variation pattern kind. In this case, in the losing variation pattern kind determination table, a common determination value (230-251) is allocated regardless of a totaled holding storage number to the variation pattern kind including the variation pattern accompanied by the super ready-to-win state.
