<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the discharge of liquid for eliminating the sedimentation of liquid components from being performed more than necessary. <P>SOLUTION: Liquid is supplied to a jet head from a liquid storage part through a liquid passage, and the liquid is jetted from a jet nozzle of the jet head while reciprocating the jet head. In order to avoid the sedimentation of sedimenting components in the liquid within the liquid passage or the like, the liquid is discharged from the jet nozzle, and clocking is started after the discharge of the liquid to acquire a non-reciprocating time (head stop time) of the jet head. The discharge of the liquid is performed considering the acquired head stop time. In this manner, when the jet head is reciprocated after the discharge of the liquid, it is considered that there is no progress in the sedimentation of the liquid in the liquid passage in comparison with the case of no reciprocating at all, and the amount of the liquid to be discharged can be reduced without discharging the liquid for eliminating the sedimentation more than necessary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
