<p>The present invention relates to a whole body exercise equipment which enables a user to perform a whole body exercise method by using both arms and both legs in a stable and convenient manner. The whole body exercise equipment includes: a first crank shaft on which a first crank arm having grips and a first sprocket are installed; a second crank shaft on which a second crank arm having pedals, a second sprocket, and a third sprocket are installed; a driven shaft on which wheels and a driven sprocket are installed; a first driving power transmitting means which is engaged with the first sprocket and the second sprocket, inter-transmits rotational force between the first crank shaft and the second crank shaft to link the first crank shaft with the second crank shaft; a second driving power transmitting means which is engaged with the second sprocket and the third sprocket and transmits rotational force of the second crank shaft to the driven shaft to rotate the driven shaft; a frame on which the first crank shaft and the second crank shaft are installed; a bracket on which the driven shaft is installed; and a base unit on which the frame and the bracket are fixated.</p> |
