The present invention relates to a partition apparatus for a car trunk. The partition apparatus for a car trunk comprises: a floor member installed in an inner floor of a car trunk and having a plurality of receiving grooves where a plurality of partition members are received on an upper surface; the partition member installed to be vertically rotated and folded in each receiving groove of the floor member; a joining member installed between the partition member and the floor member to join the floor member and the partition member to be rotated and folded; and a connection member connecting the partition member vertically stood with another partition member. Therefore, the present invention easily splits and divides an inner space of the car trunk to have various forms so as to conveniently store products and to safely fold and store the partition member which is not in use.
