The present invention relates to an electrochemical sensor comprising gold nanoparticles having oxidation activity, and a cationic group derived from an ionic liquid and, more specifically, relates to an electrochemical sensor having excellent detection sensitivity and stability by fixating gold nanoparticles protected by an organic thiol-based ligand and a cationic group derived from an ionic liquid on an electrode in a thin film form; and a method to efficiently manufacture the same. According to the present invention, the electrochemical sensor comprises gold cluster nanoparticles protected by an organic thiol-based ligand, and an electrode to which the gold cluster nanoparticles are fixated in the form of a thin film. As cationic group derived from an ionic liquid is combined with an end of the organic thiol-based ligand, receptor activity of an electrochemical sensor is high, and reaction with a target substance is stable; thereby the sensitivity and the sensing capability of a sensor being excellent. Moreover, as the electrochemical sensor allows a receptor to effectively be fixated, stability is excellent; thereby activity degradation being insignificant for long time use. Moreover, the electrochemical sensor can easily, cost-effectively, and environmentally friendly be manufactured. |
