<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel having a simple structure and capable of surely holding a lens group at both a retract position and a photographing position, and an imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: The lens barrel comprises: a barrel which includes a plurality of cylinders capable of extending and withdrawing to be overlapped each other in a nested state and which is collapsed by withdrawing the plurality of extended cylinders; an optical system including a plurality of lens groups housed in the barrel; a lens holding body for holding the lens groups arranged on an optical axis in a state that the plurality of cylinders are extended, and retracted at a position away from the optical axis with the barrel collapsed; and a toggle mechanism for holding a position of the lens holding body by energization force of a spring in a state that the barrel is withdrawn or extended. In the toggle mechanism, the direction of the energization force of the spring is switched across a predetermined position of the lens holding body which slides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
