<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit that implements simple terminal removal detection in a simple circuit configuration dispensing with a circuit of many individual elements. <P>SOLUTION: The switch circuit comprises: a first output driver having a gate connected to a sensor circuit and a drain connected to a first voltage limiting resistance; a second voltage limiting resistance connected between a physical quantity detection signal output terminal and a ground terminal; a first comparator having a non-inverting input terminal connected to a first reference voltage circuit, an inverting input terminal connected to the physical quantity detection signal output terminal, and an output connected to a logic circuit; a second comparator having an inverting input terminal connected to a second reference voltage circuit, a non-inverting input terminal connected to the physical quantity detection signal output terminal, and an output connected to the logic circuit; and a second output driver having a gate connected to an output of the logic circuit and a drain connected to a disconnection diagnosis signal output terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
