Disclosed is a transparent laminate film that can relax stress applied by a squeegee during attachment of the film, and is protected from deterioration by salt-water corrosion, as well as has excellent solar-radiation shielding property, transparency, thermal insulation property, and scratch resistance. The transparent laminate film 10 has a transparent polymer film 12; a transparent multilayer 14 placed above the transparent polymer film 12, the transparent multilayer 14 having one or more metal oxide layers and one or more metal layers laminated alternately; a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 16 placed above and in contact with the transparent multilayer 14; a polyolefin layer 18 placed above and in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 16; and a cured resin layer 20 placed above the polyolefin layer 18.
