摘要 The present invention relates to a composition for producing a product of a photosynthesis light reaction, containing a vesicle separated from a photosynthetic bacteria membrane, and to a method for producing a product of a photosynthesis light reaction by using the composition. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing a photosynthesis light reaction monomer, which comprises a step of separating the vesicle from the photosynthetic bacteria membrane. When the composition of the present invention is used, it is possible to continuously provide the product of the photosynthesis light reaction by using the vesicle of the photosynthetic bacteria membrane under a condition of light irradiation, and when configuring a photosynthetic light reaction membrane by combining vesicles from other origins, which absorb light of different wavelengths, an output of the product of the photosynthetic light reaction can be maximized. Moreover, the method for producing the product of the photosynthesis light reaction according to the present invention does not need an additional electron donor except water, thereby economically producing ATP or NAD(P)H. The ATP and NAD(P)H which are continuously produced by the method of the present invention are capable of mediating various biochemical reactions, thereby being applied to various processes of producing useful materials.
