The present invention relates to an LED lighting apparatus equipped with a heat-radiating, waterproof structure available both on the ground and in water, which accelerates heat radiation and prevents penetration of water and moisture by filling a housing with a fluid; blocks the leakage of the fluid; and, allows replacement of the wiring while not causing damage to the fluid or the housing. The LED lighting apparatus of the present invention comprises: a base frame whose front surface is open, whose rear surface is closed, whose inside has a space unit, whose side or whose rear surface has a fluid injecting hole, and which has a protruding unit to the rear side; a PCB substrate mounted on the rear surface of the base frame with an LED device mounted uniformly on the front surface; a lens integrated with a cover, wherein a lens mounted on each LED device and a cover for sealing the open front surface of the base frame are integrated; a cover frame for pressing the edge on the external side of the lens integrated with a cover to be fastened to an external side surface of the base frame; a transparent oil for filling the space unit formed in between the base frame and the lens integrated with a cover; a tube made from nonconductive materials and inserted through a tube inserting hole formed on a plate member placed in the protruding unit of the base frame, with an external current-carrying pin inserted inside; a cap fastened to the end of the protruding unit of the base frame; a cable inserted by penetrating the central unit of the cap with a wiring stored inside to supply power to the PCB substrate as the tip of the wiring is connected to the external current-carrying pin; and a molding for sealing the space between the PCB substrate and the plate member. |
