The present invention relates to a method for providing information to compare a recovery rate of damaged DNA. More specifically, the method is capable of determining a recovery rate of DNA, which is damaged during a period when an expression level of cryptochrome is high, to be fast by including a step for obtaining information about a time period in which the activation of Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 related (ATR) is promoted depending on information about the expression level of cryptochrome. Therefore, the method for providing information to compare a recovery rate of damaged DNA can be used for determining a period when the recovery rate of DNA damaged by various causes is fast, and determining a time to administer anticancer drugs by determining a period when side effects of the anticancer drugs are the least.
