<p>The present invention relates to a method for detecting and quantifying 293F DNA in biologics by using a quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) method and, more specifically, to a method for measuring a human host cell derived HCD remaining in biologics containing adenoviruses by using a quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) method. According to the present invention, an amount of human host cell derived DNA remaining in biologics containing adenoviruses can be quantified to a level which is equivalent to or lower than a standard value recommended by a regulatory authority.</p> |
