Various embodiments relate to an antenna module of an electronic device. In an embodiment, disclosed are an antenna module and an electronic device including the same. The antenna module comprises: a first antenna connected to a first communications module for operating a first frequency band; and a second antenna disposed in a determined distance from the first antenna to use the first antenna as a resonance antenna of a second communications module. Herein, various embodiments are not limited to the described structure but should be understood as various embodiments written in the detailed description of the invention.
