<p>The present invention relates to a power headroom report (PHR) device based on a dual connection and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the PHR method used by a terminal having a dual connection to a master base station and a secondary base station, includes the steps of: triggering PHRs; calculating the maximum transmission power and excess power in a sub-frame capable of transmitting the PHRs; configuring a first PHR for the master base station and a second PHR for the secondary base station; and transmitting the first and second PHRs to the master and secondary base stations.</p> |
