<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required for a sterilization treatment while improving certainty in the sterilization treatment in an isolator. <P>SOLUTION: The isolator 100 includes: a working chamber 10; a supply HEPA filter 20; a sterilization-substance supply part 30; and a supply passage 70 not passing through a filter, and communicating between the sterilization-substance supply part 30 and the downstream side of gas flow through the supply HEPA filter 20; a supply passage 72 passing through the filter, and communicating between the sterilization-substance supply part 30 and the upstream side of the gas flow through the supply HEPA filter 20; a circulation passage 80 for returning a hydrogen peroxide gas, supplied to the working chamber 10, to the sterilization-substance supply part 30; a three-way valve 90 for switching between the supply passage 70, not passing through the filter, and the supply passage 72 passing through the filter; and a control part 300. The control part 300 controls the three-way valve 90 so as to switch to the supply passage 70 not passing through the filter in a first mode for sterilizing the working chamber 10, and to switch to the supply passage 72 passing through the filter in a second mode for sterilizing the working chamber 10 and the supply HEPA filter 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
