The invention relates to a device (1) for measuring a filling rate of a container (2) comprising: an attachment means (10) suitable for attaching the device (1) to an inner surface (20) of the container (2); a sensor (11) suitable for measuring said filling rate and generating data (D1); an electronic module (12) comprising a clock (120) and a telecommunication means (121) and being suitable for triggering the sensor (11), receiving and sending the data (D1) to a remote apparatus (4); and a source (13) suitable for supplying electric power to the electronic module (12) and the sensor (11).
