The present invention relates to a replaceable battery pack applying hot-melt resin and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a battery pack where chargeable and dischargeable battery cell is installed in a pack frame. A PCB which has electrically connected electrode terminals is mounted on the upper end of the battery pack. A battery cell mounted on the PCB is installed in the pack frame. The outside of the battery cell is covered. An insulating resin which has a solid state at room temperature is interposed in a separation space between the inside of the pack frame and the outside of the battery cell. The molten insulating resin is injected into a side of the separation space. After that, the remaining resin is injected into the opposite side. |
