The present invention relates to a wearable terminal and a system for storing data according to biometric data of a user. The wearable terminal of the present invention comprises: a communication unit for communication with at least one external device; a memory for storing at least one of a photographed image and a sensed sound; a biometric data detecting unit for detecting biometric data from a body of the user; and a control unit for controlling the communication unit to transmit at least one of the stored image and sound according to the detected biometric data to the external device.
