<p>The present invention relates to a safety management system by citizen participation using an open application programming interface (API) of public facilities and a control method thereof, and, more specifically, in a safety management system by citizen participation for using an open API on data of public facilities and allowing the user to manage the safety of public facilities, to a safety management system by citizen participation using an open API of public facilities, which comprises: a server for providing an open API of public facilities (100) which comprises: a database unit (110) including a map data unit (111) for saving and managing data of public facilities in the form of an electronic map based on the position; and, a central control unit (120) for providing the data of public facilities by using the open API according to a request of a user; and a user terminal (200) connected to the server for providing an open API of public facilities (100) with a wired or wireless network to use the open API provided by the server for providing an open API of public facilities (100), which comprises: an input unit (210) for receiving an input of search information for searching desired data of public facilities from the user; and, a display unit (220) for receiving and displaying the data of public facilities matched with the search information by the input unit (210).</p> |
