PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detection device which reduces manufacturing costs and more reliably detects water leakage from a pipe and dew condensation water, an air conditioner including the liquid detection device, and an air conditioning system including the air conditioner.SOLUTION: An electrode 50 is arranged on an outer surface of refrigerant piping 11 and water supply piping 21. A capacitance detection part 32 detects capacitance of the electrode 50. The capacitance detection part 32 determines presence of fluid based on change of capacitance.
