<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery evaluation jig and a secondary battery evaluation method in which a secondary battery to be evaluated can be measured with high accuracy in the same state as the secondary battery to be actually used and can also be assembled with a simple structure and excellent sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery evaluation jig includes: a lower vessel having a housing part which houses an electrode composed of a flat plate-shaped positive electrode and negative electrode having a portion on which an active material is coated and a portion on which the active material is not coated; and an upper vessel which tightly closes the housing part from the outside by being bonded to the lower vessel and in which an electrode terminal part connected to the electrode is formed.
