<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a non-cyanide-based gold-palladium alloy plating solution capable of making the external appearance of a plated layer excellent, and surely suppressing the generation of defects such as cracks on the plated layer. In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention is characterized in that the non-cyanide-based gold-palladium alloy plating solution containing gold salts, palladium salts and an exterior conditioning agent contains phosphate as an exterior conditioning agent, and at least one kind between tellurium and/or selenium.
