The present invention provides a three dimensional sheet of a variable perspective angle of view and a thin layer three dimensional sheet which have a three dimensional decorative effect, and wherein a portion thereof which appears three dimensional according to a perspective distance causes a dynamic change to show various visual and design effects. Convex lenses are alternately arranged on an upper surface of the three dimensional sheet at regular intervals. A printed layer (60) is formed on the three dimensional sheet at a focusing distance of the convex lenses forming a thickness of the sheet. The focusing distance of the convex lenses (11) is at least 3.5 times longer than a pitch. A repetition interval (x5) of a printed pattern (62-1) formed on a portion of a printed area of the printed layer (60) is a pattern interval where a depth and a protrusion can be sensed at a near view point distance (approximately 10 cm to 30 cm) or longer. The repetition interval (x5) of the printed pattern is smaller than a minimum proximity distance perspective parallax interval (x4) within the near view point distance by 80 to 98%.
