The present specification discloses a hot-rolled coated steel sheet having variable strength through partial precipitation strengthening and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the hot-rolled coated steel sheet comprises: (a) a step of reheating a slab board including precipitate forming elements; (b) a step of hot-rolling the slab board; (c) a step of cooling the hot-rolled slab board; (d) a step of thermally treating part of the cooled board for partial precipitation strengthening; and (e) a step of hot-dip coating the board after partial precipitation strengthening. |
