The present invention relates to an apparatus for grouting the ground to ensure stability of an underground structure and prevent damage to an adjacent building, and a grouting construction method using the same, which comprises steps of: a) forming a drilling hole; b) inserting a grouting pipe into the inside of the drilling hole; c) inserting a bundle of injection pipes into the inside of the grouting pipe; d) forming a first expansion material injection space which is sealed into the inside of the grouting pipe; e) forming a first compartment; f) injecting a grouting material into the first compartment; g) forming the first expansion material injection space which is sealed by injecting a second expansion material into an internal packer body; h) forming a second compartment which is sealed in the drilling hole; i) injecting a grouting material into the second compartment; j) finishing injection of the grouting material into the drilling hole in the outside of the grouting pipe; and k) injecting a consolidated material into a remaining empty space in the inside of the grouting pipe. |
