The present invention relates to an image sensor capable of improving the error of a digital micro-lens and a method for manufacturing the same. An image sensor according to the present embodiment includes a substrate including a photoelectric conversion region; a color filter which is formed to correspond to each photoelectric conversion region on the substrate; and a micro-lens where a high reflective index region with a high reflective index and a low reflective index region with a low reflective index are alternately formed on the color filter. The width of each reflective index region is different by pixel. Therefore, error due to an uneven structure can be prevented by forming a flat digital lens by using a reflective index distribution type optical resin. |
