The present invention relates to an integrated management system of a sail yacht and an apparatus thereof. The apparatus includes: a YWBS installation apparatus forming multi-dimensional axes according to a purpose of use of a person in charge of a sail yacht and a yacht work breakdown structure (YWBS) by forming a sub-item according to each axis; and a YWBS installation program realizing apparatus modeling YWBS information by realizing a yacht markup language (YML) in an XML document form based on the YWBS formed in the YWBS installation apparatus and realizing a YWBS installation program by using components of the YWBS, a structure between the components, and a code system.
