APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DENITRIFYING AND DESULFURIZING EXHAUST GAS USING FLUIDIZED BED

The present invention relates to a device and a method for desulfurizing and denitrifying exhaust gas by using a fluidized bed, wherein the device comprises: a plasma reaction unit for performing a first treating process of forming ammonium salts from a nitrogen oxide and a sulfur oxide included in the exhaust gas and a pretreating process of forming nitrogen dioxide from nitrogen monoxide included in the exhaust gas by using a plasma; a calcium hydroxide supply unit for supplying calcium hydroxide to the exhaust gas passing through the first treating process and the pretreating process; a fluidized bed reaction unit for forming a fluidized bed by using calcium hydroxide and the exhaust gas discharged from the plasma reacting unit, and performing a second treating process including a denitrifying process for the nitrogen oxide from the pretreating process and a desulfurizing process for the sulfur oxide existing in the exhaust gas from the first treating process; and a bag filter for simultaneously collecting ammonium salts formed through the first treating process and calcium salts formed through the second treating process from the exhaust gas discharged from the fluidized bed reaction unit. According to the present invention, a fluidized bed is produced by using calcium hydroxide and exhaust gas, so that a denitrifying process and a desulfurizing process can be combinedly performed, thereby improving contact efficiency between the calcium hydroxide and the exhaust gas and improving treatment efficiency for the denitrifying process and the desulfurizing process.
