<p>The insulation panel comprises a foam polymer core 2 having a plastic facer 3 bonded thereto. The facer 3 has a plurality of rows 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 of spaced apart protrusions 4 extending along the panel. The panel has at least two cutting regions 51, 52 free of protrusions running along the length of the panel, parallel to the rows 41-46 of spaced apart protrusions 4 and a longitudinal edge of the panel. The cutting regions 51, 52 are located at distances centred about 0.150 m and 0.225 m from the longitudinal edge. The facer 3 is preferably high impact polystyrene (HIPS). The foam 2 is preferably polyisocyanurate, polyurethane or phenolic. The insulation panel is suitable for use at a junction in a cavity wall, such as, a junction formed by a radon barrier.</p> |
