<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs of a mold used in order to form a gap in a concrete layer and reducing slab dead weight. <P>SOLUTION: A mold 4 for concrete gap formation is formed by a resin which is light in weight and is easy to cut such as polystyrene foam or urethane foam. Corresponding to a slab thickness of a composite slab 1 to be manufactured, the mold 4 for concrete gap formation is arrayed and attached at a required interval in a bridge axial direction and a bridge width direction in a joint area of a concrete layer 3 in a bottom steel plate 2 in the state of adjusting a dimension to be projected from the upper surface of the bottom steel plate 2 by keeping an initial shape or cutting a part near a lower end as needed. Then, by forming the concrete layer 3 by placing concrete so as to bury the mold 4 for concrete gap formation on the upper side of the bottom steel plat 2, the composite slab 1, for which the bottom steel plate 2 and the concrete layer 3 having a concrete gap by the mold 4 for concrete gap formation on the lower surface side are integrally joined, is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
