<p>The printing heads (5) are arranged distributed around a three-dimensional object (2) and aligned in the printing direction perpendicular to the surface tangent line of object. The distance of the printing heads to the object is adjusted by controlling printing heads during movement of object relative to printing head. The print images generated by two print heads are recorded in an optical image, and the captured optical image is analyzed to determine the deviation of print images.
