VOICE SERVICE METHOD DURING RIGING TONE STATE FOR MOBILE PHONE

The present invention is to provide a call service method during a ring tone state of a mobile phone, which enables to perform a voice call during a certain time in the ring tone stage of the mobile phone. To this end, the call service method of the present invention is performed under a communications environment including an outgoing call mobile phone capable of transmitting a voice signal in an outgoing call stage, an incoming call mobile phone capable of outputting voice in an incoming call stage, a relay for wirelessly communicating with the mobile phones, and a relay server linked to the relay. The call service method comprises: a user subscription step of subscribing a service through a mobile phone by a user, and managing the subscribed user by the relay server; a calling step of calling a receiver number through the outgoing call mobile phone by a caller; a service subscription confirming step of confirming whether the caller and a receiver subscribe the service or not through the relay server received with an outgoing call; a guiding step of transmitting a guide message to the outgoing call mobile phone through the relay server after confirming the subscription of the caller and the receiver; a voice transmission step of transmitting the voice of the caller to the relay server through the outgoing call mobile phone, and transmitting a transmitted voice signal to the incoming call mobile phone by the relay server; and a voice outputting step of outputting the transmitted voice signal through the incoming call mobile phone.
