PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead ring with high breaking strength, and a pneumatic tire in which the bead ring is buried.SOLUTION: In this bead ring, one bead wire is rolled in a form of a circular body, and cores of the bead wire are piled up in a plurality of rows in an axial direction, and in a plurality of stages in a radial direction of the circular body. In the circular body, when a center in an axial direction is set to be a boundary, a thickness w1 in the axial direction of the rubber of an outer side in the axial direction in a half section with more cores in at least one part in the circumferential direction of the circular body is larger than a thickness w2 in the axial direction of the rubber of the outer side in the axial direction in a half section with fewer cores.The pneumatic tire is formed by burying the bead ring in a bead of the tire. |
