<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hybrid vehicle that can control further rise of the temperature of an electric storage device by driving the air-conditioning compressor when the electric storage device is at high temperature and to provide a control method. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the control device of the hybrid vehicle 1 including: an engine 6; a battery 3; a motor 7 that transfers the electric power from/to the battery 3, and can generate power by the power of the engine 6; and an air conditioning compressor 112 that drives the air conditioner that performs air conditioning of the cabin. When the temperature of the battery 3 is equal to or more than the prescribed temperature, the air conditioning compressor 112 is driven by the electric power generated by the motor 7 without through the battery 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
