The element has a form-stable section (2) supporting a dynamically active aggregate to be stored, and a multipart section (4) arranged boat-laterally related to the form-stable section and made of an elastomer. The multipart section is material-conclusively connected with the form-stable section and exhibits a free space for functionally dividing the multipart section. The multipart section is formed by elastomer bodies (8) that are arranged parallel to each other. Static rigidity of the multipart section is increased by a reinforcement component (10) i.e. form-stable plate. An independent claim is also included for a submarine comprising a storage device for storing a dynamically stressed component.
