The present invention relates to a real film and a method for producing the real film, and a molded article using the real film and a method for producing the molded article. The real film is obtained by filming a sheet and is used to produce a molded article mounted on a home appliance and interior and exterior materials of a vehicle. The real film includes coating layers formed on upper and lower surfaces thereof by impregnating the sheet in an impregnation solution. In addition, the method for producing the real film of the present invention comprises: a sheet preparing step of preparing the sheet by removing dust and foreign substances on the surface of the sheet; and a coating layer forming step of forming coating layers on the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet by impregnating the sheet in the impregnation solution. Moreover, the molded article using the real film of the present invention comprises: a real film layer which is vacuum formed by placing the real film, having the coating layers formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet, in a mold; a base layer formed on the lower surface of the real film layer; and a surface layer formed on the upper surface of the real film layer. Furthermore, the method for producing the molded article using the real film comprises: a real film producing step of forming coating layers on the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet by impregnating the sheet; a real film layer molding step of forming a real film layer by molding the real film; a base layer forming step of forming the base layer through a primary injection process on the lower surface of the real film layer after inserting the real film layer into the mold; and a surface layer forming step of forming the surface layer through a secondary injection process on the upper surface of the real film layer on which the base layer is formed. |
