A touch panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support substrate; a sensing electrode disposed on the support substrate and capable of sensing a touch position according to a contact by an input apparatus; and a cover substrate formed on the sensing electrode and protecting the sensing electrode from outside wherein one of the support substrate and the cover substrate is composed of a lens for irradiating light generated through a light emitting element to a photographing object.
