INJECTION-LOCKED PLL CIRCUIT USING DLL

Disclosed is an ILPLL using the output of a DLL as the injection signal of an ILPLL. An ILPLL circuit according to the present invention includes a DLL which performs a delay fixing operation on a reference clock and generates a DLL clock, and an ILPLL which performs an injection synchronization phase fixing operation on the reference clock and generates an output clock. The DLL clock is used as the injection clock of the voltage-controlled oscillator of the ILPLL. And, it is injected to the voltage-controlled oscillator.
