An image forming device is disclosed. The device comprises: a communication unit performing communications with a user terminal device; a user account DB; a control unit generating a temporary account for a user terminal device to register the account in the user account DB; and an image forming unit performing an image forming work when receiving a request for the image forming work from the user terminal device while a temporary account is effective. In the device, the control unit can record result information in the temporary account when the image forming work has been performed, and deactivate the temporary account when the conditions for deactivating the temporary account are satisfied.
